Hi Hex2
That's interesting about the lemon juice - do you use it to stop the juice browning? Also do your parents do anything to their juice or just freeze it as it comes from the juicer?0 -

Milk?
cheese?
yoghurts?
We've bought a second chest freezer for our shed so I can have bread, meat etc in there. But as we drink a lot of milk (42 pt/w) I can't keep on top of the milk runs to the shops! I would like to have some frozen so we always have it in. We have semi-skimmed and the toddlers have whole milk....please say it can be frozen!
Anything else, other than the usual stuff that I may not know about?0 -
thank you for askin the question i always want a answer too:) xxmarriage is finding that one special person that you can annoy for the rest of your life:)0

I have frozen milk and cheese but not yoghurt - the milk will expand so it may be best to take out some from the bottle, and it will need a good shake before using. 42 pints a week is a lot how many of you are there at home. I would think that yoghurt would freeze as cream does but not too sure what it would be like once thawed, may be worth trying a couple.Fibro-Warrior0

Thanks, I'll remember to take some milk out or the freezer will be packed solid with bottles of milk! I'll try the yoghurts and post my (experiment) results.
There are 2 adults and 2 toddlers in the house BTW - we just love milk0 -

You can freeze Frubes (fromage frais tubes) and in the US they eat a lot of frozen yoghurt so that must be possible too. I have only tried the frubes though.0
