I got some Boursin cheaply. (ie 05p!!) but can I freeze it? Can you freeze cheese like this and Le roule to use in pasta dishes etc? Otherwise how long will it safely last? Sell by date is today.0

In theory you're not meant to refreeze cooked meat. In practice, I would either reheat it very thoroughly before freezing it, or just refrigerate it and plan to use it over the next few days.

yep safe to do this - frozen meat can be defrosted, cooked and frozed again xEmma :dance:

no - you made bolognese then froze it then made lasagne with it. I wouldnt refreeze hun. As its lasagne I doubt you could get the cooking temperature high enough to kill off any nasties when you reheat it.
personally, I wouldnt chance it. but i am sure the birds would love the leftovers!0 -
Lol my mum does this all the time! I've eaten many a lasagne like this (as my fussiness doesn't allow for much other food) and I'm certainly fine!0
