Will be fine to eat - if not a little rubbery.0

be careful with it, it may not have been heated up properly the second time, which could cause any bacteria to start working. If u do decide to eat it, make sure it is very hot before you do. 80C for 2 mins at least.0

It'll be fine, as long as it's piping hot all the way through.

I have a delicate stomach so I wouldn't risk it myself. However, if my family wanted it I would reheat it for them because they never seem to have any problems! Just make sure it is absolutely scalding hot to kill off any bacteria!0

Thank you for all your replies - I had a good think and decided not to risk it because, as gilmer33 said, I don't know how long it was reheated the first time....... and as we are recovering from a virus, it's probably best to be safe, rather than sorry!0

Hi
I was wonder if you could help.
I have HM bolognaise originally cooked in my slow cooker and then froze portions.
Tomorrow my parents are coming and will be arriving late so will no doubt be starving. Can I put the bolognaise in my slow cooker again to cook so its ready for them? - it'd probably dry out in the oven and I have to pick them up.
Thanks in advance0 -
I would but you could also just warm it through in a saucepan.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

That's waht I was going to say - the sauce will heat up in less time than it takes to cook the pasta
I'll add this to the QQ on reheating thread to keep ideas together

Okay I'm going to try to explain this but might not do a good job! LOL!
I have lots of meat in the freezer and I would like to spin them out to 2 or 3 meals per joint. Can I de-frost them, cook all the meat for 1 meal and then with the remaining meat make stews, pies etc... and then re-freeze them? I don't really understand the rules regarding this. Cheers
BTW my main meats are beef, lamb and pork0
