    Ditto, it's not as though they have been sitting there for days x
    I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

    Should be fine if you reheat it right through.

    The rule is, you can reheat once, so it will be fine.

  • Thanks guys...I came back and another flatmate had put the oven on a low heat (not sure how long it had been on?). Anyhow, fish seemed cooked, so all should be well.

    Can I reheat bread and butter pudding (actually panetonne and butter pudding)? Taking it round to a friend's for pud tomorrow and wanted to make it tonight. TIA.

    At a guess you should be able to make it up in advance and then cook it at your friends? That's how I would do it (although Ive never had B & B pudding). There is a thread about it here

    Yes I suppose I could soak it at lunchtime, stick it in the fridge and cook it at hers. I'm sure it would be nicer freshly cooked anyway.:beer:.

    you would think so? And it soaks up all the juices etc as well in that time :D Do let us know how you get on!

    Well, I made it at about 5.30 Friday and took it round "raw". Was a complete success and even nice cold the next day. Well worth making a panetonne for :T.
