Good idea about the gravy - I would have been worried about it going dry, but in terms of food safety re-heating it by any method would be fine as long as it gets really hot to kill any germs.
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!

Thanks so much for the advice :D I wouldn't of ever thought to put it in the oven covered in gravy :o

The beef was gorgeous and I was a bit worried after I'd sliced it because it looked a bit dry but it turned out perfect. It made a nice change from chicken and I'll definatley buy it again now I know I can cook and reheat it :T

  • I have been given a leftover lasagne from a friend's party - normally I would reheat with no worries, but this has been cooked and kept in the fridge before the party, reheated for the party, but not eaten - so put in the fridge again.

It is now in my fridge, but will it be safe to reheat a second time?? My instinct says probably not, but I don't want to waste it if it will be safe...... what does any one think?
  • Shame to waste it I would eat it. Heat til its hot through. The food police and scaremongerers make me mad.
