  • I agree with the others - I often cook one on a evening/whilst something else is cooking and then bring it to work for lunch the next day - they've always reheated fine :)

    I do the same sometimes.
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.

As baked potatoes take so much energy to cook in the oven, it's the energy-efficient way to do them. In the oven in bulk and/or with something else and then reheat them in the microwave.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

    Hi All,

I got a batch of cooked bolognaise out from the freezer yesterday morning. We were due to have it for tea, so I heated it up on the hob last night.

Just before we were about to dish up we had a bit of an emergency, had to leave and we had to have tea while we were out.

Obviously I put the cooled sauce into the fridge, but will it be ok to heat up again tonight? I dont want to see it go to waste but I thought you werent supposed to re-heat food in the same state more than once?

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

As long as you reheat it properly you should be okay.
It's really easy to default to cynicism these days, since you are almost always certain to be right.

I think it will be fine if you reheat it to bubbling point.
