Vegetable dhansak 'could' be okay.
But Rice should not be re-heated as it's the biggest cause of food poisening. However, saying that I re-heat my own rice until boiling and am just fine. BUT take-away rice could have been cooked, and then re-heated to order... 'officially' I wouldn't risk it.We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. ive merged this with our reheating thread
There is a reheating rice thread. I have safely been cooling and freezing rice for years now but the issue with takeaway is, you don't know how it's been treated or how many times it's been cooked. Badly treated rice can make you very very very ill.

Am I supposed to cook a defrosted HM lasagne with the silver foil on top, or take it off.......... duhFreedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
-
as long as it is completely defrosted, take it off. It shouldn't take so long in the oven that the top would burn so you don't need the foil to protect it.
HTH
PS - it IS going in the oven isn't it, not the microwave:o0 -

Unless you cover it in gravy it will be extremely dry. It is fine to reheat but it needs to be completely hot all the way through and not just warm.

I do this all the time - but always make sure the chop is covered in gravy otherwise it dries out.0
