MONEY MORAL DILEMMA: Should Karl Pay?

I think Karl should contribute towards the cost of the kittens, as he never had his cat neutered0

Responsible pet owners have their pets needled and spayed or neutered before allowing them outside on their own. An unspayed female cat can produce 12-18 kittens a year whereas an unneutered tomcat can impregnate several females a day, fathering an almost unlimited number of kittens in 1 year. Lots of people believe an unneutered tomcat is just an extension of its male owners ego. Spaying and neutering prolong the life of the animal and it is less prone to certain diseases. If you care for your pet and want the best for it either spay/neuter or do not let it outside.
Both of these people are to blame and hopefully will learn from their mistakes.0 -

(Of course, like this moral dilemma, mine is a hypothetical reply.)
Simple solution - buy a dog :beer:0
