There's a solution, but Susan doesn't like it? Too bad, Karl doesn't have to pay for her morals.0 -
No way. Silly woman should have had cat done. If she's on a low income PDSA does it for free or if it was a stray she took in, the Cat League would help towards cost.
Now she has risked her cat getting Leukaemia and the father is at the same risk. No matter what sex, GET YOUR PETS DONE.:j0 -
Never mind unwanted pregnancies, what about STD's ?!! With the next-door-neigbour too.....boys will be boys I guess.
Pay no money Karl unless you get the kittens alternate week-ends....0 -
Absolutely not! Susan should have had her cat "done"!0

No way jose, his neighbour should have had her cat speyed before letting her out, we did. By the way our little eight month old moggy has just brought in a dove (half dead) viscious little thing!.:eek:0

If Susan sold the kittens would Tom be entitled to some of the proceeds?0

Well first of all Karl has not had chance to say if his cat has been neutered! If he got a word in edgeways he might have the chance to tell Susan.
She should of had her cat neutered if she didnt want kittens, but if she wants to keep them, then on her own head be it.
could Karl's cat sue for 'defamation of Character?' or could Karl claim damages from Susan for harrassment?!
just a thought!!0 -
Owners should have their cats "done" as soon as they get them. They should also fork out every year for a check-up and injections at the vet.
When I got my cat he was a little over a year old. He had been well cared for, except that he hadn't been neutered. His previous owners had ended up with high vets bills, due to a torn leg, because he'd been after female cats, that also hadn't been spayed. He was already responsible for a batch of kittens. Unfortunately his previous owners' daughter had become allergic to him. I took him to the vet the day after I got him. He's had his injections every year. Over thirteen years later and he is happy healthy and still running around really fast. It doesn't take much effort or that much money to look after a cat. The least owners could do is keep them healthy.0 -
Both cats should be neutered and also tested for FELV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline HIV). Both are transmitted via bodily fluids, as during mating. The tom cat is especially at risk due to increased chances of fighting with other unneteured males.
Paying for Fluffy to be neutered will be cheap compared to the cost of solving behavioural problems that come from having so many cats in one household, especially if Fluffy has more kittens in future.0 -
What a cheek!!!!!
Coming and ask for supp..... wait a minute, may be Sussan fancies the same luck as Fluffy by knocking on Karls door. :kisses2:
