I am getting impatient for the next set of reductions! Does anyone know if they do it all in one go - or do they extra-reduce some things before others?
    :)
  • Further reductions are in one go, usually two weeks after the original sale starts.

Any M&S employees reading this board?

Got myself 2 lovely chocolate brown pillow cases at £1 each reduced from £4 each. Seen a few other lovely things but unfortunately still not cheap enough for me to justify buying. :-C

Nobody seems to be posting any of the bargains they are buying, is it because there aren't many? Their last small sale was dire and I don't think I brought a single thing which must have been bad.
    Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)

Pretty disappointing online, though they spoiled us with the last but one clearance sale, didn't they?
Was hoping I might find a pair of trousers to go with a suit jacket I bought in the last sale (the trousers were out of stock but the jacket was just too cheap to send back!). My hopes were raised when I saw the trousers on sale this time but they only had 40" waist and I'm trying to lose weight not gain it.
Suppose I would be ok with just the jacket if I was an old style tv newsreader with a desk to hide behind... :D

Got my parcel today, ordered online first day of sale and very pleased with everything. Well, except a green cardigan that looks horrible in real life!

    Merino Wool Zip top £19
    Wood/metal Belt Hanger £5
8 pairs 'heel + toe' work socks £10
Silver buckle black leather belt £5

I actually wanted some wide-fit work loafers at £19, but despite ordering at 7.50am they were removed as "out of stock". Had a nice email explaining and apologising though, warehouse discrepancy where they'd counted damaged stock as 'available'.

    The missus got
    nice bra £9
    5 knickers £10
    nice blue lace vest £5
  • Oh my god I have just spent over £400. There are some fantastic bargains to be had including this lamp that was originally £165.

There are loads of other huge bargains:
T80 2524 Regency Table Lamp Was £80 now £12 (I know what the original prices were as I have the catalogue)
    T27 4005 Mantel Clock Was £40 now £7

Loads of clothing bargains too, all the ladies cashmere jumpers that were £50 are now £25.

  • Just had my order confirmed and only a couple of things out of stock.

Found a bargain 18-piece dinner set reduced to £29 from £108 if anyone's after one.

Also a Stainless Steel Toaster reduced to £29 from £99 here
