    Hi Lara

Links didn't work for me - just took me to the usual sale sections.

ooohh sorry:( Did you try clicking on the item headings i.e. skirt, trousers etc on the LH side as they bring up all the sale items?
  • Hi Lara

I'm getting confused now - the first link just takes me to the skirt section of the sale which can be accessed from the homepage. Are you saying that you've found something that can't be accessed from the main homepage? i.e sale bedlinen?

    Sorry for being so dim.

I have just gone through my history and found some things that haven't been available for the last few weeks are available again. Well hopefully if they don't contact me in the next couple of hours. Worth another look at your history though today.

Brilliant. Had to order school blazer on M&S website, at £18.60 (plus delivery at £3.50). But using "free delivery" promotional code (found on this site somewhere) for orders over £30, I added 2 x school shirts (at £11.90) to make my total purchase £30.50 (inc delivery). Therefore, I've convinced myself that the shirts effectivley cost £8.40!! The blazer and shirts were both priced with 15% discount. (ie the shirts full price was £14). The best bit is that I ordered the wrong size shirts, and went to M&S today to change it over. No problem, and as they are still with a 15% discount, I got £2.10 back. I'm so honest that I informed the kind lady that I had already purchased inclusive of the discount ( :A ), but she still gave me the money. Sorry, but I had to tell someone. Thanks moneysavers!
  • Not very impressed wth Customer Service at Marks recently. Just been on the phone to them about my order. Had confirmation of £53 worth of goods, then an email that they're ready for dispatch, but I noticed a couple of items missing. Checked my bank statement and they've taken the full amount. Phoned them up and was told two items out of stock, but you've charged me for them I said. Oh okay then I'll put £10 back on your card she says. No explanation or apology just very offhand.
  • You know - I am dreadful. I would not think to check! And of all people I should - I test billing software, and know how often there are mistakes...

Thanks for the warning. Incidentally - I think you should send a complaint letter.
    :)
