I have a question about returns - as I have not returned anything so far. How does everyone do their returns? Do you take it into the shop? If so - how do you guarantee that you get back what you paid for it?

I ordered a pair of shoes last week for £9 - and they were down to £5 yesterday. So, I have reordered them, with the intention of taking the first pair (that have arrived today) back. How does everyone else do it?

The invoice that comes inside the package does not have a price on it!

I always take my bits back to the store but my invoice always has the prices on. :rolleyes:

I always take goods back to the store too. the other day I ordered a top for my daughter for £5 and then discovered a day or so later it had gone down to £2 so ordered it again and will take the £5 one back! That's if the £2 one fits as I had to get a size 14 as there were no 12's left

I've always had the price printed on my invoice too. Perhaps you could print off your online order and take that to the store, I've always found them really helpful.

Not much in mens but there are some trousers, in fact there are some trousers for £7 only 30 inch waist I think "Single Pleat Wool Blend Trousers" that are reduced to £7 and then buy 2 for 10 which for some reason deducts £10 making them £4 for 2 pairs - OK for some but my husband is too fat - must be all that Tesco beef!!

The price will only appear on your invoice if you order it for delivery to your registered address. If its for delivery at an alternative address the price wont appear as it may be a gift.

With regards to returns - you can send them via royal mail free of charge or return them to store with your order summary. Stores can no longer issue refunds if you are unable to produce the order summary but will give an exchange or credit vouchers to the last known or current price.

Hope that answers all your questions - I work for them :)

Thanks Iceax - that makes sense. In the past i always got the price on - but since I have moved I haven't! Thought it was just that their system had changed.

Do you reckon if I sent back the order summary, and the printed off order they would refund the correct amount? After all - it can be checked?

In the meantime, they are on Ebay - as it's 5p listing day - so someone could get a bargain, and if they don't sell, they are going back!

Yeah you will be refunded the correct amount if you send them back - you can also change your registered address online under 'Your file'
