I ordered a pair of shoes last week for £9 - and they were down to £5 yesterday. So, I have reordered them, with the intention of taking the first pair (that have arrived today) back. How does everyone else do it?

The invoice that comes inside the package does not have a price on it!

I've returned stuff to M & S just like any cataloge freepost at post office, you just insert the returns part of the invoice and M & S refund the amount charged to your card. easy

Did anyone manage to have anything confirmed that they ordered yesterday from the "new" sale stuff?

I put about 6 separate orders in and received emails later to say that every single item was out of stock. I wasted about two hours. Not a happy bunny.

I ordered yesterday form sale stuff, had confirmation then email stating about 4 items out of stock. I'll wait and see.

i received confirmation of my orders straight after i placed them i did however receive . just2 e-mails today saying that 4 items out of the 20 i ordered were out of stock waiting now to see how much more is out of stock?

Just had my confirmation emails. About half my stuff was available. Their system is rubbish, I have never known anything like it ! Anyway got a few pairs of shoes for £9..
