    Hi Furrypig

Yes, I thought that about nominated delivery too (more chance of getting the stuff).

M&S have said they'll give me £10 in gift vouchers for the inconvenience and my order "should" be with me on Monday. Can't be arsed to argue any more - they are so incompetent.

Did you get your order ? I am expecting mine today (inc that lovely Autograph leather jacket !). I complain everytime, they always either refund the postage or send some vouchers ! But the service is very poor.

at the moment (started today) - I've already ordered mine and the quality seems really good. Still expect youngest son to go through the knees before Christmas though!!

Hi REHEAD1, yes my order turned up yesterday. There were stickers all over the boxes stating "Unable to Locate" which probably means that the lazy ba***rd delivery driver coulnd't be bothered to deliver them last Saturday.

Still got mountains of stuff to try on but I don't like the leather jacket so it's definitely going back - it just doesn't suit me.

Let me know what you think of yours.

    Hopeless

Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.

Ditto about the jacket - dont like the way it goes down at the front, shame as it is a lovely jaceket. I was very disapointed when it arrived this morning. Got some other nice bits though - Limited collection shoes, and nice wrap cardi and belt - saved me £69 I guess...

Got my order today. A dress for my 6 month old and a top and skirt for my 5 year old. Was worried because they are for a wedding on Saturday and wanted to get them in time for them to try on in case I didnt like them. They both look beautiful and I am very impressed - two outfits for £17, £10 less than the shirt and trousers I bought my son in Next!

I just placed a (another !) clothing order and sneaked in the code given on the M & S site for free delivery on furniture and school clothing. Just had my confirmation email and it seems to have worked, even though I didnt buy either ! Good eh, worth a try...
