It's not just you - it does do that - just keep trying with other things. Their warehouse software is maybe not as good as it should be! Even if you get it 'available' in your basket, they sometimes ring you after to say that it's not.

Even with all the problems - I love the bargains.

Got myself a pack of 5 bikini cotton lycra pants (normally £10) now £6 and pack of 5 lace selection low rise shorts £15 down to £7 (T61/ 3587) In store I noticed the same pants in different packaging which were only reduced to £12 so if you are instore keep your eyes peeled. Shame the lace selection pack of 5 bikini pants are priced at £12 and not reduced to £7. Guess they would be more popular

  • I paid £4.95 for nominated day delivery for my £600 order which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Saying that, my £600 order is now more like £500 as I have had several emails to say that items which they thought were in stock aren't.

I waited in ALL DAY with my two year old who was climbing the walls with boredom. What made it worse was the fact that he couldn't play outside as it pi**ed it down all day.

I am not a happy bunny. This happened last time when I paid for nominated day delivery. The courier company (Reality?) are bloody hopeless.

Wait til I get on the phone to them at 8am.

    Yes they are.
Sling the package over the garden gate in the pouring rain seems to be the favoured delivery method.
Havent bothered with this sale, but had some amazing bargains at the start of the year thanks to Hopeless and others.

Oh dear, thats very annoying. Reality arent very reliable, are they. Let me know if/when you get that lovely Autograph leather jacket, I am still waiting for mine !!!
Definately get on the phone and complain, I always do if they deliver late, they always come up with some vouchers as compensation !
Know the feeling about bored 2 year olds climbing the walls, I have 3 and 2 year old boys... :rotfl:

amazingly I got both my orders delivered yesterday as requested!!

Maybe I was just lucky as I have never done a nominated day before but thought it worthwhile to have a better chance of bagging some bargains!

Sorry Hopeless' you would think they would be a bit more organised when you have spent so much!
  • Hi Furrypig

Yes, I thought that about nominated delivery too (more chance of getting the stuff).

M&S have said they'll give me £10 in gift vouchers for the inconvenience and my order "should" be with me on Monday. Can't be arsed to argue any more - they are so incompetent.
