i have just done my shop and all the codes i banked have disappeared :??:

is it worth me back tracking the voucher thread?? or shall i boycote tesco for a month or 2?

if all voucher users stopped shopping at tesco's for a few weeks, they would be sending loads out again

Hi Codebreaker, I know quite a few of the bonus point codes had an expiry date of 5/2/06 - could this be the reason why?

    HI aLL
Can anyone get the code XX-GML8 (from the tesco codes site ) to work tried various times but it keeps saying not recognized

Hi Cheepskate, I have a post on the previous page which explains the problem I had with this code. I had originally banked the code, but as I had done quite a big shop wanted to use the 1500 points code instead, and am still unable to rebank XX-GML8, even if I use the unravelled version.

has anyone managed to use the £15 off £75 sucessfully??
  • Just tried these codes :

XX GML8 and XX YTVP both in date, both 1000 points for £75 shop. Had plenty in basket-£85. Neither worked. Never had any problems with any codes before. So cancelled order.
Princess Moo Moo on Loyalty Points web site said she has been unable to get any 1000 points codes to work for the last 10 days.

Have tried various codes for shop tonight, and NONE are working. Never had a problem before. Looks like Tesco have got a bit clever.

(Have just got XX-63YH to work for £15 off £75)

I got my £15 off code to work ok last week.

The week before though I used a code to get 1000 extra points which showed on shopping list from Tesco but still hasnt been added to my club card.

E-mailed Tesco who said they would be added at a later date  whatever that means??

Was my first on line shop and not too sure how long I'm supposed to wait?
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60
  • Hi

I will be most dischuffed if Tesco stop letting us use the codes. I have over £100 of vouchers to come this quarter and I was hoping for the same next time.
I see that you can now order your deal tokens online which will be much better than having to post them off to Tesco and should speed up the process of getting the tokens. Maybe as they have had an online re-vamp they are cutting down on the codes at the same time......only time will tell.
No idea how many £2 coins as they are in a big tin.....but at least £20 since Christmas. :j

Yes I got XX-63YH for a £75 shop to work for last Sundays delivery. I did originally only want £50 worth but no codes would work so I just added more shopping.

I really hope they aren't going to stop codes. Its really seemed to be more problems since a lot of people abused the £10 off no limit code. People ordering things and only having to pay £3 or something stupid ike that. They might think its great at the time but apparently sainsburys stopped thiers because people were abusing them didn't they?
    Thanx

Just received my tesco order and the £15 voucher was not taken off.

I felt really bad giving all the shopping back to the delivery girl.
    I have now reordered.
I will see what happens tomorrow.

I would have done the same as you...£15 is a very big saving. When I ordered my shopping with the £15 off a £75 spend, it said I could not use it, although it still deducted it from my total. But I thought I would wait and see if it actually did come off the shopping when delivered...AND IT DID!!

It is so weird how these codes work for some and not others???

i've read quite a few posts about people using the £10 off no min spend and getting a few bits and bobs and only paying £3 ......

Now I'm reading about codes working for some and not others......

Its just occurred to me..... I wonder if Tesco have got a list of people who used the £10 off no min spend and didnt order many goods! ?

I havent had problems using codes (so far anyway) and I didnt use the £10 no min spend code.

As you say... it seems strange how some have problems and others dont!
