I went through this when I was waiting for the November mailing - they did get added on, it just seems too good to be true when you've waited so long though! I'd still keep an eye out though, you should start to see the points getting added towards the middle/end of this month so not long left now!

I'm also waiting....I sent another email a couple of days ago as I'm waiting for 3,700 points , some from the end of October . Since the system has changed (it now says you have earned xxxx number of points on the invoice when your shopping arrives rather than -0.01p), the points have been going on in a couple of days after the groceries arrive. The reply said 'as promised, the points will be added to the February statement'. i'm hanging onto all emails from orders until they show up on my online points total - particularly this one!!!

I've got a few October/November codes to be added so fingers crossed!
  • sorry im new to this whole thing. Could someone by any chance explain what i do to save money. I've heard that there are some items at tesco in which the price on the shelf is different to the price they charge and if they charge you over you can take the product to customer sevices and they give it to yoiu for free. Is this true and if so does anybody any shelf labels that are wrong?
  • here Hi Amy. Just to clarify, this thread generally is about codes for online Tesco purchases.

You are right about what you have described. If anything you buy in Tesco's is charged to you at more than the shelf edge price or shelf edge label (SEL), then Tesco will refund you the WHOLE price, and you get to keep the item. There are threads about this here and here and here

    Hope this helps! :santa2:

Tried using this code today and it seemed to give me 500points and £5 off order as well ?!?!

Both points and £5 off were showing on my order, and this was on the bottom of my confirmation email:

    eVoucher/eCoupon Code Description Value (£)
K2RNWCXDRCCT 500 extra Clubcard Points £5.00 Ean eCoupon

Surely it normally says £0.01 underneath value?!
