Hi can anyone advise me. My last two ecoupons have been refused because of out of stock items making the total fall below the required amount. The first time I rang customer services who were very unhelpful and said that this was clearly explained on the website - which I can't see anywhere!! I did however get some joy emailing them and they credited me the £10 as a 'goodwill gesture'.

This week I tried using the £15 off £100 coupon and put in an order with a guide total of £107. Because of out of stock items the sub-total fell to £93 and the coupon was refused. I tried emailing customer services but no joy :

I have investigated this matter for you and can confirm that your e-coupon was rejected because the final total of the charged order did not meet the minimum spend to qualify for usage.Unfortunately, I am unable to refund this for you.

The voucher has been re-issued to you for future use.


Anyone out there got any ideas on whether this can be successfully fought? Otherwise you have no idea on whether a coupon will work or not because you've no idea what might or might not be in stock.

What are the terms and conditions of the extra 1000 clubcard points for an online shop?

I used the code last saturday and I haven't got the points yet.

Have you looked at the Tesco.com site? I doubt very much you'd get the points in a few days ... more likely to be 28 days or more.

You will have to be patient I am afraid as the extra points wont be added on until your November statement;)

PS So keep the receipt and stick it on the calender, thats what I do.

I am trying to use some of the codes here to get money off a printer on tesco extra but keep getting code not recognised, do these only work for groceries?
