A lot of very gullable ameteurs, out for a quick can't lose buck by the looks of it. It's hard to feel sorry for them. Greed and naiveness obviously don't a good match make.0

The thing is, we get plenty of people like that on here, and they're not always obviously stupid apart from about property. "Great deal on this new build, they've offered me 5% off and my deposit paid!! I can rent it out for nearly as much as the mortgage!!"Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0
