You still haven't made a statement about either my post or the thread in question, all you've done is troll/insult.
Do you have any thoughts on the thread, or do you plan to continue insulting/trolling.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

umm your comments on Hitler spring to mind
or maybe your comments on people killing themselves (coming from Wales I actually find that very offensive at the mo)0 -
I'm sorry, I don't understand, maybe I've missed a news story, but why would references to BTLers killing themselves offend the welsh more than anyone else...?
Do you have any statements regards my "comments on Hitler"???Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -
just the fact that you make out that buy to letters are worse than Hitler
grow up0 -
with regards to people killing themselves in Wales...............where have you been?0
-
Well, not to wales apparently... what have I missed?
My Hitler comparison is simply:
What Hitler did was wrong. The guy was a nutcase. But at least he *believed* what he was doing was right. BTLers are NOT mad. (OK, I accept anyone buying executive flats in Leeds off-plan is a loony.) BTLers do what they do in the full knowledge that BTL damages society and the economy, but they don't care because it personally enriches them.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -
It is clear to see that buy to let and loose lending has done great damage to our economy and society. First time buyers can't get on the ladder, families can't afford to climb the ladder.
Buy to let seems to use interest only mortgages and relies on property being ramped up to release equity to purchase other property.
How can it be fair that the majority newbuild properties are sold off plan to investor clubs at a so called discount used to fiddle the deposit needed.
I hope this scam implodes for the benefit of first time buyers. I do hope that all the greedy investors and builders get burnt for their greed and dishonesty. This program tonight should show this corrupt scheme.

The problem is that thethe greedy investors and builders
There is no way to compensate all those who's lives have been wrecked by the crippling debt they are now in, and those who's life savings, supposedly safely invested by their pension companies, have been gambled away by the BTLers.
There is only onegroup of winners, and they are long gone... the land speculators who made tens of billions out this house price boom.
The screaming of the BTLers losing their portfolios will be drowned out when people realise the BTLers blew their pensions.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0
