Not sure if this counts as a point Bonanza, as I've no idea how it happened but...
My nearest Boots at Newton Mearns in Glasgow had/has loads of old-style 17 products for sale, (trying to get rid of the stock after the re-branding) so it was all half price or - unbelievably - price negotiable.
And on top of that there was a 150 points for each 17 product bought which amazingly included the old stuff. The lovely lady wouldn't quite let me put through each product separately, but I did get 600 points out of just £15 and 8 things (3xfoundation 2xpowder 3xeyeshadow)
    8. When you first saw me what was your impression? I thought you were quite 'up yourself'.. then when I got to know you I realised you are actually
    18. What is the best feature about me? you're blunt
    19. Am I shy or outgoing? neither.. you're just a brain that doesn't have emotions

    I'd go back if I were you. 8 x 150points = 1200 points!!!. You was diddled!!

same for me too, they have a 3 for 2 offer. the machine gave me a voucher for 250 points per product so i bought 3 but only got 600 points :-/

I'm really really sorry if i'm being thick! I have read thru the threads but simple cannot work out how this works. Are there different offers every week? How do I get these? Do I go to the machine, put in card and it gives me a voucher?
    Any help gratefully received.
    Cheers!

Generally there are new offers every 2-3 weeks. You put your card in the advantage point, go to your offers and print any coupons that may interest you eg 250 points on any Toni and Guy full sized product.

You hand in these coupons when you pay and the points get added onto your advantage card.

Not everyone gets the same offers though, it depends on how long you have had the card etc.and offers can change from store to store

Cheers Savingsgirl. I keep seeing references on MSE re 'Toe separators'. I'm taking it, that was along the same lines?
Anyway, thanks for your help - I think a wee trip to Boots when I finish work today!

I think I got the bargain of the year today.

Bought 3 glitter babes hair slides reduced to 10p.

So with the voucher and the 3 for 2.

    3 hair slides for 20p and 150 points. ;D

    Boots Romford (Brewery store)

Today they had alot of the herbal essence shampoo and a few conditioners reduced to 99p these are on bofog as well so a bargain at 49p each.
  • I did see a lady at the Ilford store with a basketful of Herbal Essences - are these scanning automatically at 99p each or do they type them in as I may have a go myself.

As for the glitter babes stuff, maybe I'm just a bit old for this range but I get the feeling all their glitter gets everywhere all over my clothes etc. so I'm not that keen on it but I don't mind glittery nailvarnish or the juicy tubes for lips. Stratford has the nail varnish stuff on 3for2 and at £1.09 so £2.18 less 150 points makes that 68p for 3 or 23p per nail varnish.
