Hi Poppyoscar.
Hope things look up soon for you. I'm sure it will work out for the best. Since my ex went things have definitely been better especially with the finances.0 -
Thanks for your kind messages everyone. I know in the long term it will be better. Just missing the !!!!!! rather a lot. Time of year doesn't help really either - Christmas, New Year, my birthday and our wedding anniversary all in rapid succession. I guess it's good to get all those 'firsts' out of the way though.
I have received a cheque from Lloyds (presumably something to do with Hali shares again) for £39-something. I also have a whole bag of ........ pennies from le cochon, so that's going to be £40 OP to start off the new year.
I'm also (still) considering the Premium bonds - I have £2100 - as that would make a great dent in the remaining 10 grand. I can always buy them back after I've paid it off.
Feeling really motivated (obsessed?) which is good.

i don't think he has many rights after all that. i hope he is deported.

He doesn't - what a total !!!!!!. Just make sure you don't go back, that's unforgiveable. He's clearly a waste of time and space. Classy guy.

Today I made my first (cheating because it's early) OP for 2010. It was £40.17 which is 1.34% of the target (so a way to go yet then!).
Anyway - it's good to have made a start.
Nothing else to report.
