    Hello all :hello: ,

Sorry, I haven't caught up on the thread this week and this is the first time I've been in. I got myself a job on monday and will be starting on friday (cleaning, of all things...:rotfl: ) and have just generally been snowed under.

If I've missed anything huge, let me know as I'm not going to have time to catch up now! Too much has gone on to tell all, but here's the short story: DSs dad tried to commit suicide, is still in hospital. Council informed me that we are behind on rent and council tax by £800  ! Now down to about £500, but wil still take two months to clear (hence the new job). DH is a prat. Managed to get a mamas and papas cot on freecycle :j ! Will be picking it up today. House swap lady has had to cancel as she's been told she may have throat cancer :( . Poor lady, I hope she'll be ok. Have been asked to view a three bed, but DH says we can't take it as it's £25 a week more than we're paying now, hence him being a prat. He said he wanted part time to stay at home, help with Freya and watch her grow up (BIG FAT LIAR! He sits at home sure enough, on the bl**dy xbox all day  )

As you can see, it's been one heck of a big week (lots of ups and downs), so sorry pigpen to have missed the first part of your [STRIKE]reign of terror[/STRIKE] fly routine :D .

Lil_me, hope the studying is going to plan. Hugs to all and keep on flying.

    Morning everyone!

likklegibbon - Well done on loosing 4lbs!!!

pigpen - I've missed the beginning of your reign of terror... Please miss, can I have a few extra days to catch up?

Well, I have not done any flying so far this week - it's taken me almost three days to catch up on all the posts! Have been feeling a bit down for lots of reasons - need to pick myself up! Had a long well needed sleep last night so am feeling a bit better today. OH even brought me a cuppa in bed this morning which is rare! Wonder what he wants.....?

Onwards and upwards - there's no need to feel sorry for myself so, I'm making one of my chores today to smile every once in a while. I did a little bit of shopping for me yesterday, which helped. :)

I am making a prawn pasta dinner tonight, courtesy of Mr Gordon Ramsay although - it doesn't have much in it. It's prawns, garlic, cream, cherry tomatoes & basil. I can't put the chilli in as OH would die. Anyone got any ideas what would make it taste nicer?? It just sounds a bit boring without the chilli. Maybe some Italian spice???

Tia - Where are you?!? Hope you are ok.

Have a good day everyone and smiles & hugs all round. :)
