    Re previous post. Never shopped with Kays before but put my 8 digit ref number and password in box on home page and its telling me its invalid so I cant go into ' my account ' to check on the bench. I guess though that that means they've cancelled mine too. Anyone know where we stand on this?

    Not got mine either, email confirmation says delivery by 6pm Monday so will contact them Tuesday if it hasn't arrived! In the past when I've dealt with Kays they will send a substitute if original isn't in stock but sometimes they have just said sorry, can't get any more from the suppliers - so just a case of wait and see I suppose!

    well I could check my account online but my order has disappeared I have forwarded the email they have sent me saying delivery will be on monday before 6pm ,no money has been taken out of my bank so I shall just jave to wait and see and hope:confused:

    Ordered mine on 11/7 and the status was saying delivery by 19/7 but now the order seems to have dissapeared from the status page. If I click on 'track a return' it's now saying that the order is cancelled. They've not emailed me to inform me of the cancellation though.

    I ordered on 12/7 and it looks like mines been cancelled too, even though it had a delivery date showing previously.

    so did anyone who ordered after 9pm on the 11th get their bench?

    if the answer is yes then there is a serious customer service issue here!!

    Hmmph, I just called them to confirm it was still being delivered before 6pm today and the CS rep confirmed.

    The bad thing is, I could have accepted that and sat tight all day waiting for it to arrive, but as I knew about the previous posts I asked her why my order wasn't trackable, and only then did she advise I won't be getting one and that there are no 'alternatives'... end of.

    This is pretty shoddy Customer Service.

    They advised that they sent a letter to me on 15th (still not received, which is of NO use) and when questioned why they couldn't send an email as well to update me and free me from having to sit in all day, she simply stated that "that's how we work".

    What a pile.

    Just looked on my account under both current orders and previous orders: "Sorry, there are currently no orders to display for this account"! Even though they'd said it would be delivered by 6pm Tuesday 19/7. I ordered it at about 20.40 last Monday.

    same here. my order is now missing, ordered at 10pm on 11th, now on hold for cs

    It's not looking good, ordered at around 9.30 pm 11th July. Had confirmation E-Mail of delivery by 6 PM Monday. Checked their website and my order too has disappeared from the system. I am staying in today especially to await delivery, so if it does not turn up then I will at the very least be complaining about wasting my time as I have had no communications to say that it won't be delivered.
