Ordered 4 as my green plastic patio set has seen better days and looks really awful. Needed a post like this for some time, I'm now inspired to get out and do some gardening and make it look pretty ready for my benches.

Could not find gift code box either but suspected that was because I did not open an account, will be interesting to see if I get the 20% discount as it does say that even if you use a credit/debit card then you do get it if it is your first order. A bargain anyway - and I love a bargain! :j

ordered one a couple of hours ago. just got e-mail saying 'our card company has rejected payment' speak to them. Theres no way there could be a problem with my visa card and its now making me wonder if kays are trying to get out of the sale. However just ordered again using my debit card so we'll see what happens. I'd be interested to know if this happens to anyone else

For anyone still trying to order this it looks like it might have been pulled - unless it's just me. If you put in the order code now they cannot find it, but it worked ok for me earlier.

Still there if you put 'garden bench' in search box on 1st page. Didnt follow it through to end though coz already ordered one. For anyone reading my last post the debit card seems to have worked!

If you access the Kays site through R Points or Greasy Palm it opens a different page than the one which opens if you use the link posted here. When you enter the catalogue number or the desciption into the search box it cannot find the item.
Do the same using the link posted here and the item comes up.

Is this a scam to deliberately exclude the cashback sites???????????
