i am gobsmacked.... about a bit being made on that kitchenette:eek:
its got to be a windup or a shill bid...
well i would not pay that in a month of sundays... or even if i won the lottery and had mega money....Work to live= not live to work0 -
I bet they have shill bidded it because they have hundreds of MSE watchers and they hope we will be making a bid, I think NOT!:money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0

I just came on to say that someone had bidded on that cabinet, but obviously you all saw first!!
I agree, it has to be a wind up or a shill bid. c'mon - own up - who placed the wind up bid?0 -
I can't imagine that anyone in the know would bid that much, because everyone in the know is on our site;)0

Does anyone know if Cath Kidston send out wallpaper samples?

How convenient that the seller has made the bidders name anonymous....

aww no we're far too nice for that!! I do think the seller has so many MSE watchers that they may have shill bidded. who knows tho!!
EDIT: would like to pick the brains of the vintage community... My Mum has a large Royal Doulton Fairfax dinnerset with numerous plates etc, she wants to eBay them, but is this something that shabby chic-ers/ vintage lovers would like? We have done a bit of research on eBay and they haven't sold for a vast amount, but I just wondered if this is the type of thing shabby chic-ers would be interested in? Any comments very welcome thanks

It would still be cheaper to go for one of the others, even if you had to pay courier charges.
Madness.
