Sorry, I left the computer logged on but wandered off to stop dinner burning, so my light was still on, but I wasn't , if you see what I mean.
I don't know what happened to the link and the bread crock description, just can't multi task properly anymore.
It is a nice bread crock, and at £1.99 I really want one, but can't justify the P&P.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
i really wanted the housekeepers box, and I would have had the colander as well, but p and p means its not such a big saving, still nice though.:hello:  please play nicely children !0

If it's any use, there is a housekeepers tin on sale in Woolworths at the moment. It costs £10 and is in cream with black lettering on. It is just a big tin though, no tray insert.Cos I don't shine if you don't shine.0 -
I've had one of these housekeepers boxes for years now and they're realy handy. It always means that I have everything to hand and I don't need to run up and down stairs to find this and that.My grandmother always used one and until I managed to get hold of the one I have now I used to use one of those divided carriers you can buy for tools.Works just as well only not so pretty.0

Old wicker shopping baskets are good for keeping household bits in and look good but are also fuctional. I have one for all the bathroom stuff & another with general cleaning stuff. Maybe an alternative if you can't get hold of a metal one.simplicity is key0

I am struggling to get hold of a wicker shopping basket.
Ideally I want a large one with a flat bottom, which is nice and sturdy, but no "real" shops seem to sell them and any on line ones seem to be very expensive.0 -
You could try the charity shops..........they might have something that would doMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !
