    Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I do understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately we do not have a replacement available at the moment, to be sent to you.

Hence we have already requested for the refund and it has been processed from our end.

The amount should reflect in your account within 2 - 3 working days.

    Regards,

....as is post 438 on the thread by the same poster.

That isn't interesting at all. There is no indication whatsoever that Dell are claiming this is a pricing error.

Plus of course the other post by this guy came later, so would tend to be more valid than the one you found. ;)

    Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx

I wish there was something which I could do to get this order delivered to you, however, as the suppliers have informed that they would not be able to provide us with this part we are unable to provide you with the same.

Please accept my apologies for the difficulties encountered when attempting to resolve your issue.

Like maybe coming into other peoples threads to contribute entirely unecessary and unhelpful advice?

He was saying what a normal person would do!

If you have a refund then if your making an issue of it then your just doing it for the sake of it. It's like the people who write in to points of view on the tv who just watch tv so they can be offended by something so they can complain. It's a very sorry way to lead a life.
