I ordered a few dresses from debenhams to try on including my fav purple one.It not nice on and am I very surprised how good the ivory and white dresses looked.I am never out of black and purple and thought I would feel daft in a white dress but not so at all.
So after all my worries about finding a suitable dress for myself as a bit of a gothy girl I find I am actually into more traditional styles and colours than I expected. That should make it much easoer to get something fab in the sales.
Anyway, got to package this lot up and send it back now."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
Had a fantastic money saving day today, bought loads of stuff for the wedding and it was all on sale! :money:
Guest book and keepsake box, both M&S worth £9.50, in the catalogue bargain shop for a fiver each, plus the shop was having a 25% off everything day so got both for £3.75!
Got middle bridesmaid a 'me to you' bear and picture clip and 3 bridesmaid picture frames all with 20% off so saved another £5.60
Plus picked up my wedding ring today. OH's will be in next week, he wasn't very happy that mine was there but not his... Mine was a special order because of my big fat fingers and his was a standard size :rotfl:A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Still have to sort rings - waiting for a voucher for the beautiful company.
Is your ring lovely Krystal?
My bridesmaids have me to you bears. I was trying to decide how to wrap their necklaces as presents and thought they looked a bit small and stingy! They are now going to be hanging round the neck of a me to you bear each if I can just figure out what to do with the rest of the chain
We have me to you photo clips as table number holders - must make numbers if I can decide how big to make them.
me to you bears on cake and made guest book to co-ordinate.
Anyone see a slight theme going on here :rotfl:
Haven't really got anything pressing to do at the moment well maybe sort the menu
But need to sort a design for the table plan to match the favor boxes - now not bothering with place cards unless I make them all say thank you for sharing our day - now there's an idea..............................Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I'll be doing place cards, paid good money for em, pluggered if I'm not gonna use em lol. Did have an idea to emboss them yesterday seeing as I have a new heat gun and embossing powders to play with... but decided that was an extra bit of work I really don't need! (Although my invite design keeps changing every day and I've got about 98 already made, the embossing stuff was for that and I just had an idea to do something else instead but if I don't emboss OH might be a bit annoyed seeing as that was the reason for buying the gear...Oh decisions!)
Anyway... Rings gorgeous, yellow gold on the edges and white gold in the middle. Tried it on with my engagement ring earlier (I don't believe superstitions!) It doesn't quite sit right because the part that holds the diamond is rounded wide of the ring so the wedding ring just kind of balances next to it... If you know what I mean... It's thrown me a bit, I just expected them to sit next to each other perfectly... Oh well, sure I'll get used to it, and I imagine most rings are like that unless they're made to fit...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
