Doh - never thought to look but I think you've solved the mystery - it's March 2007!!!
That's what you get for buying in boot sales. Perhaps I'll pop down to JG and get a fresh one and give it another chance.

yes it will be the out of date bit then ,
I had a batch that i didnt use i time and forgot about them , the date was april 2007 , i tried one and it never set either !!

OK, I've been to JG and bought FRESH sachets and started one off as per the instructions , a low fat mixed berry one.
I don't know whether to take it out tonight or leave it till the morning - any advice?Oh dear, here we go again.0 -

If you like it thick leave it in, I usually aim for 12 hours as its easy to remember but I've left it in 18+. Though I almost had to carve that one, thought of subbing for playdoh...0 -
I left one in once three days lol and it was perfect! So I wouldn't worry about leaving it too long
