i've not had an email, or a letter, or a card! and i've been having a long, long conversation with the customer services department. i think they just hate me

In my letter it said if I was not happy to contact the helpline by email at
[EMAIL="thesunvueoffer@react-now.co"]thesunvueoffer@react-now.co[/EMAIL]. or telephone 0800 1380470.

We received the same letter today, having never emailed them, so let's hope they really will send them out by 16 May.

I think they'd have to be pretty gutsy to send those letters out if they couldn't deliver. I didn't send any follow up emails, yet both my brother and I received a letter, so it appears The Sun have sent them out to EVERYONE that initially applied.
