[SIZE=-0] Thank you for your recent email, which has been passed to me from The Editor’s Office. Please accept my apologies that you have had to contact us regarding your Vue 2-for-1 Cinema Card.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to despatch the Vue Cards as soon as we had hoped, due to circumstances beyond our control. The good news is that yours, and your father's, applications are being processed now and you should receive your cinema cards by the 16th May 2008.

Your card is valid until the end of June 2009, so despite the delay you can still take a friend to the cinema, for free, for a whole year.

Thanks for posting your reply brownmurder!:D Will you let us know when your card arrives please;) I've just e-mailed them on the address provided so hopefully it won't be long now! This is only my 1st e-mail to them though as i thought i'd give them a chance to arrive! But i think we've waited long enough now! It's almost 3 months since i posted mine and my brothers forms!!:(

Where did the post from The Sun go? It was definitely there yesterday. Ah well, at least the email address they gave was the same as the one on brownmurder's message so I know it wasn't dodgy...

Have just received a letter in the post almost identical to email sent to Brownmurder. Hopefully they're finally getting their act together & the cards will be with us shortly!

I received a letter today saying that they hadnt been able to despatch the Vue cards due to circumstances beyond their control and I would receive mine by Friday 16th May and it would be valid until the end of June. I emailed them on the 1st May.

Here's hoping it actually arrives.
