Free 2-for-1 vue cinema card, c/o The Sun (merged)

I've just emailed www.myvue.com complaining to them as well.
They'll probably say, "sorry, nothing to do with us", but since The Sun was promoting and failed to deliver a product of their's, they ought to.
I will let you know if anything (hopefully) happens.

Thank you i have sent complaint to pretty disgusted with their shoddy customer services.

I never buy sun and won't be doing again..

They all happy to take your money, but in return you get zilch....

Please note, your card will be valid for a full twelve months.

I like this bit, I know I got mine (one anyway) but it isnt valid for a full 12mnths its only valid till jan 2009!

Could someone tell me what the email address is to complain about not receiving the card - I've been waiting since February and did anyone who has received one since emailing write anything special or just a general complaint?

The Sun obviously couldn't care less. I'm thinking about contacting The Mirror, their main competitor, to let them know about The Sun's failed '2 for 1 cinema card promotion'. ANY CHANCE, SOMEONE CAN ADVISE WHICH EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE SUN, THEY ARE SENDING THEIR COMPLAINTS PLEASE ?
