I found their customer services address on their website (the same as the one you stated) and emailed them. I received the same reply as stated in a previous post saying they would re-issue it. Still nothing from the February promotion. I also did the April promotion, to see if it would come via that-but again nothing!

I applied & didnt get a card either.
After seeing about 100 of the cards being sold on ebay before the 1st bingo sheet was able to be completed, i decided I wasnt gonna get mine. My card was being sold by some worker who had grabbed a handful before they could be posted to us msers (no proof, just a theory)

i think a lot of the ebay sales had on them that the cards would be delivered within 28 days....so i imagine there's a lot of very disgruntled buyers who are waiting for the cards that the seller hasnt received even yet.

They were from a promotion they ran in November last year, so they took 3 months to dish them out! When I first posted this back in February some members said they'd only just got theirs and that was when loads were on ebay. :eek:

Emailed the sun as did not receive either of the two cards I applied for. Bought the chuffin paper too :mad:

Try go to the very top in the place where 'The Sun' don't shine hierachy;
