hey thanks for bumping this. i would have missed it otherwise. Im going to send mine out later. As far as i can see theres no mention of expirey date for the offer- i checked in the T & C's but couldnt see anything

Don't suppose this offer is still useable is it? Doesn't seem to be any closing date as such on the online form. Or does anyone know any alternative route to get one of these nice cards
