This offer has finished at the moment, I havent had any new emails with new links. You could try the first post and send that off with the numbers that Ive listed as there was no end date to post it by. But I wouldnt hold out much hope in actually getting a card. But its freepost so worth a shot.
The Sun bigno numbers are posted in the newspaper thread on the discount code and voucher thread.

They must have finally processed the cards from April promo as I got mine 2 days ago-valid until 31 August 2009. I see on hotukdeals that it is due to start again next week w/c 18 August. As they are still processing the April ones, it is worth sending in this promo, rather than the new one I would think at this moment.
