got my card today and so did my mum there are 17 on ebay at the moment i had to look as i wondered how many had been ordered just to sell.

Not a bad idea to make some cash but i ordered mine cos it will save me a fortune.

Mine arrived too, yippee! got the letter earlier but the same in an email after numerous ones I had sent them. :j

herman, i guess it depends on the cinema but i made a genuine mistake one week when going to see a new film and automatically handed over my vue card (got one from pigsback last year) and they put the tix thru as 2for1. (went on a tuesday too so managed to see sweeney todd for £3.80 for me and my boyfriend just a few days after it opened)

some of the films have been out for a while, some are new...depends on how many new films are coming out at a time i think.

and only two of the films on the offer list are showing at my local cinema, one is shown at 22.30 and the other ay 23.50. Not much use to me. I hope this isn't an exercise in getting our addresses resulting in loads of junk mail.

i complained last week by email...two days later i got an email advising that a customers ervices rep is loooking into it...two days after that i got a letter advising i should get the card by 16 may at the latest..and this morning...the card arrived.

Thanks fellow members for the encouragemnet in making a complaint. This sure was worth it.

another sad person here, i went to my local vue today (20 minutes by car)with my family hoping to use my card to watch speed racer but oh surprise, it wasn't on the 2x1 list!!! ended paying more than £17 for a family ticket.. what a saving : ( i will consider to sell it on ebay. i will geto some money back at least . thanks op anyway..

Did you not read the attached letter, nor look at the website that the letter refers you too? For a free offer it is more than acceptable even taking into account the limitations.:D

I've had a two for one card for a few months now( free gift after buying a new car) and the films on offer are getting steadily worse ( since the Sun offer????)

At my local cinema (Norwich) there is only usually one film available to view, and usually at 10 or 11pm! SOmetimes there isn't even one film to see!

The list usually updates Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning. The films on the list have usually been out three or four weeks and rarely are one of the big budget titles.

Yes, I know it's a free offer but I expected a bit better than this!!

Don't get your hopes up!!
