lol i never did anything wrong just ask for a re fund but the service and the arrogant attitude from the staff just makes ya laugh

most employees of comet get commision they also have targets to reach i never believe a word they tell me i go in there look at products then buy of the net you get better customer service comet have got an awfull reputation and it makes me wonder why people still by from them there customer service is crap and they do not care one jot abour the customer

well your right and you have to learn by your mistakes and shopping at comet is a big 1 never again customer services ha a monkey could do better. Comet's customer services used to be really bad about 5years ago and thourght that it might of changed ha a lepord never changes it's spots lol

Do you know if comet has ever been on watchdog before?? as i thourght of ringing them up or sending a message?

Comet employees do not get commission anymore on products. The bonus is worked out by the whole store reaching an overall sales target. Not individual products anymore.

And yes I can confirm this due to working there not that long ago!
