I have indeed brought back one Clonakilty Black Pudding+25% Extra(on offer at Dunne's)and Cheese and Onion Taytos(12+6 Extra FREE!, on offer with Mr T), which, although hand baggage, do not appear to be entirely reduced to crumbs. They raised some fond smiles and eyebrows though:D as I passed through check-ins.

HI Mot
Hope the tenancy agreement is on its way to you. ))))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))));):j I have a persecution complex. Everytime I pass a shoe shop they persecute me till I buy them:j0 -
OMG:beer:
I can now actually reply to posts again:rolleyes: All it took was for Dear SIL to reconfigure computer:j
I am now going to be catching up quick sticks with everyone.#
MOt I do hope that the tenancy hurries up and arrives with you soon. I am keeping everything crossed that this will enable the twins entry into the closest secondary school.
Before I embark on the marathon reading catch up which will have to wait till later as I have two appts at the Big H today, are you appealing against the decision from the local council?
Can I be cheeky and offer big hugs (((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))) to all of your stalwart supporters.
Love to IT and Twins:j I have a persecution complex. Everytime I pass a shoe shop they persecute me till I buy them:j0 -

Haven't heard back from CAP yet but will ring at 12noon to see if he has any news
.
Just come back from a meeting with a friend who I met last year when I went to her for a session of 'The Journey' (counselling) she has always kept in touch with me and we have had coffee together regularly. Anyway she rang me yesterday to ask if I would be interested in helping her organise courses for women who have suffered domestic violence or abusive relationships, she had been approached by the lady who used to organise these but is no longer able to and wondered whether S would know anyone who could help - from S's perspective it would be doing the counselling with the women and she wanted someone who could organise various aspects of the course to build up the womens confidence emotionally, practically and financially. So I met with her ths morning with my mind full of ideas for the course. Have suggested that we get CAP involved for the finances, someone from the Domestic Violence Unit from the police, a representative from MIND to cover the depression angle and that I will speak to my Support Worker from the HA to see if she can think of any other ways in which we could help these women - also suggested that we give them a bit of a free pamper by getting along my other friend who is a Virgin Vie consultant to treat them to a make over or suchlike and give them ideas of how to look good (which can also build confidence) I can also help out with this as I was a VV consultant too before I moved here. I'm sure I will think of other ideas too but any from you all would be much appreciated!!!
I like the idea of being involved in this because it is my way of paying forward all the kind and generous help I have had and am still getting from everyone who has supported me through all my troubles.Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
still no news from CAP. thats a pity. that sounds an amazing thing to do tho, helping others who have had horrific times in relationships'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0
