Sounds like you have a fantastic new landlord to be (hope the new house is as good). Fingers crossed that everything goes well for you, it's about time you had some good luck.

Please make a diary of all contact/harrassment by your ex LL as this can be used as evidence if you have to go to court.

Wel, despite being told by the Police that he can only contact me through CAP via his solicitor to which he hasn't taken a blind bit of notice, and although CAP have told him I have no money and if and when I do have they will be arranging any repayment via themselves, he still seems to think he can pressurise me into paying back some of the money owed to him for rent I was unable to pay. CAP have categorically pointed out that I have NO money but he obviously thinks that this is not true!!!

Just to let you know that I have had a voicemail from Ampersand whilst I was sleeping this morning - she is well but unable to post on the Forum and doesn't know why?? So if any of you know how to get her up and running then please post ideas on here as she can read posts but not post or read/answer pm's - thank you all:A

This Saturday is for recording the show only. I'm not sure when it will be broadcast but no doubt they will let me know and then I shall post a message on here so you can all watch. :cool: I understand they will be recording three shows during the day and I could be on all of them. Mind you, I could just sit among the 100 and never get picked out to be the 'One'! So, all digits crossed everybody (a) That I get chosen to be the 'One' to answer questions and, (b) that my general knowledge holds up and I get the big money. Now won't that make for a great celebration? All MOT's MSE Family invited of course.
