    Hi J :)
    Hope all went well today.
    xx
  • I'm sure MOT will be updating you all later but briefly all is well, & the new LL has asked when half term is, as he thought it would be nice if the children could move into their new home then. MOT delivered a 'thankyou' card and letter to CAP for onward delivery to Mr X.

Colnkits you are right for some areas of England as my nieces are off that week and I have to look after them for the day whilst mine are at school - they come to stay with my Step-Mum (their Granny) and she has to work that day.

But the twins are off as Vandanfc says from 11th - 15th February, but also have an inset day this Friday - yippee!!! a lie in !!!!!

As I-T said earlier, CAP have had a message from my Mr X saying that last bits and pieces being done this week and he wondered when the children are off school for half term as it would be nice for them to move in during the holidays - what a lovely man! Still won't feel secure until I have signed the tenancy agreement.

CAP representative also told me that LL from previous property has been on the phone to him again and was fishing for my new address - CAP guy said now way was he going to tell him, and that he should leave me alone - I have no money, will be going down the insolvency route and that was that. Ex LL also said that he has been reading my 'blog' .

Car still not right, its better than it was but still needs looking at - its in on Thursday again!

    I hope he gets piles.

Sorry to but in. I read on this board but don't really post as I have nothing useful to say.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
Read the sticky on the House Buying, Renting & Selling board.
