Morning MOT, just catching up with you, that's brilliant news about the new LL, any idea when you get to sign the tenancy? Have a wonderful time in Scotland at the weekend, fingers crossed for IT.

:rotfl: :rotfl: You all made me laugh - Ampersand is very frustrated with not being able to get onto MSE at mo - she can read some posts but not all and I think it is affecting every thread not just this one so now gremlins in here ;) . I will give her a call today to see how she's getting on and see what we can do to get her back on board!

I-T set off for airport just after 6.30am and I've stripped the bed and got the washing on and hung 2 loads out already. Off for a bath in a minute (bl**dy nuisance but can't get dressing wet from where I had the cyst removed last Thursday - stitches come out on Monday:T ). Heard from Hospital yesterday I'm having the steroid injection in my hip next Tuesday - their letter got lost in the post! Car into garage today so hopefully will be running ok by the time I have to pick twins up from school. They're on an inset day tomorrow so we can have a lie in - I hope!!!

Not heard anything from CAP yet about a moving in date - at this rate it will be the week after as I have to book the removals firm to deliver my furniture, it'll be great to see it again as I've forgotten what I actually have!!

Cleaning of house today and a nice lazy evening watching The Bill, A and I are avid fans of this and really enjoy Wed and Thurs evenings sometimes to the point where if the phone rings I don't answer it as I don't want to miss it - am I sad  !

Hi ali,

We're actually going to Maidstone for the tv recording - lucky I-T has gone to edinburgh on business although he will have a lot of time for wandering around the shops or sightseeing too!

Mornin' all,:hello:

I've just noticed from Ampersand's profile that she was last logged on at 5:48 yesterday afternoon, so maybe that can shed some light on the situation. I don't know how often she's tried to get on but it seems that the was logged on at least once after the problem started. That suggests to me that, if she can't post even when she's logged in, then there's probably a problem with the site.

Ampersand, if you're logged in, have a look at the "posting rules" box in the bottom left hand corner. Does it say you can post? And can you actually post? If anything seems wrong, then email the support people. With any luck, they should be able to sort it out.

Seriously Ampersand, if you can try this, from the techie board, dunno if it'll help or not, worth a try.

or cast your mind back when all seemed ok and do a system restore back to that date, hang on a mo and I'll find the info on how to do it.

Also advice through techie section appears to be as said earlier go through another browser or is your numbers lock and caps lock on?

Good luck hun. xx

Hi MOT
So glad to hear that things are starting to go your way. You must be on tenterhooks waiting to sign the tenancy agreement.

Hope your back/hip is better soon
hugs
chev

ps don't forget freecycle for curtains.
I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hi Chev, yes I am on tenterhooks about signing TA, once that is done then I will feel more secure. I want to ring CAP again today but don't want him to feel like I am pressurising him! Now I must start this housework  be on in a while xx
