Just had an email, nearly didnt open it as it had no subject heading - but basically same guff as the above mail - run out of stock, tough.

I do think they behaved very poorly in this matter - I see some people on here said they were ordering up to 4 phones at a time - did they get theirs?

So ok, who knows the next camera phone bargain???:)

:mad: I bought one on the 31st, it was showing in stock. My order was accepted and I have been waiting for it come. I had an e-mail today asking me to phone customer services ,on a top pay phone number of course. They told me that now the phones were out of stock and that my order had cancelled!! And I had to pay for them to tell me that. I said that I did not think much of their customer service and there was silence. Not even an apology.

I ordered the phone online whilst in stock.

They took my payment and confirmed the order, I then received a confirmation e-mail stating nextday delivery.

One week later still no phone and no further communication from Asda.

Their Site states that should there be a problem with delivery of the phone they would inform you.

I had to contact them to ask where the phone was, they take 48 hours to give a reply, which simply said " sorry this phone is out of stock ".

I my opinion this is poor service and I wont be buying from asda again.

I just got an email telling me it's back in stock, but when I look for it on the site, guess what, I can't find it...

Same thing here. Got an e-mail from them saying it is back in stock but cannot be found on their website. When I tried going through the MSE link to the phone I got the message on the site saying "you have made an error, this does not exist". After having bought one, having the sale go through then it being cancelled by them I am not sure about buying another phone from them anyway.
