I have an orange contract deal-I got it down to £5 a month through haggling but now I lost my phone and need a new one!
anyone had any joy with unlocking the phone?

For those in high density areas it may be worthing noting that your priority on the network will be below that of Vodafone Pay As You Go customers which is below that of Vodafone contract customers.

I am sure this will not affect too many users but it might be worth keeping in mind.

Hi, I received my mobile this morning, not too sure what to do as I still have a lot of credit on my Vodafone sim card. I have called Asda and now registered the phone, call was free, still have the £1.00 credit on the mobile. It's a nice little phone for the price, pity it hasen't got bluetooth to transfer the photos to the PC.

I managed to get the Asda £9 camera phone and being a total techno Ludite just can't get it to accept an e-mail address. I was hoping that you could send photos from the camera to my e-mail addy. Am I asking far too much of this cheapy phone? :mad:

How long are the phones taking to arrive please? Bit concerned as my first order was thrown out but I reordered when it said more in stock. Ive had the order acknowledgement but no communication since then

I ordered the phone last Wednesday, 30 Jan 07, before 1000 and expected it to be delivered Thursday. It did not arrive Friday, so I checked my bank account and no money had been taken for the phone. I phoned ASDA Phone and they said they had run out and would not be receiving anymore.

I sent an e-mail to them expressing my displeasure at having my time wasted and have now received the following reply:

"Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding your order.

Unfortunately this handset proved to be a very popular offer and as a consequence, we received orders far in excess of the stock we had available. In addition, we are not able to get any more stock of this handset.

For this reason, we were unable to fulfil your order. Your order has been cancelled and no money has been taken. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us."

I hope this clarifies this annoying situation.

Same here, ordered last week while showing in stock and now they say they can't deliver. Complete timewasters!!!
