    Hiya asset77

I haven't had any problems with gapbuster, I don't belong to them, I was thinking of you and welshgirl when I said that.

I do gfk, they're the only ones I do at the mo. A few software probems at the mo, but the support staff are good, and understand that the shoppers aren't the problem.

I haven't even heard of GFK! Will go and google them!

Edit - found them and they are not accepting applications from my postcode!

Absolutely - it comes in waves, and its detailed, but I suppose they're all like that.

Gapbuster have just replied to my email, and although all of the required assignment was done, because I did an extra enquiry in the post office, they refuse to pay me ANYTHING. That means I had to spend £9.80 on their behalf, and they will not pay me that, as well as not paying me the fee. I have told them what I think of them and cancelled all five assignments which were booked for March. It would be a really unpleasant experience every time I shopped for them if I was just dreading the slightest mistake causing me to lose money. I'm surprised anyone works for them at all if this is how they treat people. I've told them that too!

When I add up my totals for February I suppose I will have to DEDUCT the money this has cost me! That makes it even worse!

There are spreadsheets on the thread that you can just download.

    I may regret saying this but... ... ... ...

Would anyone like to do some sort of tutorial evening on MSN or something similar?

We could all go through finding the spreadsheets and looking at possible bets together and answering basic questions??? I would be happy to do this so let me know if you are interested (poss some time this week, so say when you are available) BUT I would say the condition is you have to read the guie AT LEAST 7 times first so I can help people who have avague idea -NOT a total newbie intro :)

Lots of people have helped me here so I can try and help back

(this is why you shouldn't post after a few glasses of wine...) :)

Yes pleeeeease, though am now being reeeeally thick, what does it mean when you say about an evening on msn, nothing kinky I hope..... (please don't laugh - haven't got a chance have I with matched betting).
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
  • hi there, thanks for the bingo info. i have just won 11.78 on daily record and 4.81 on sunday mirror. both of them i still have play money left. am i right in saying i need to deposit enough in both accounts to take it over 30 quid - winnings and then withdraw to get my winnngs before i play the rest of the play money?

  • Yes Chardonnay, I mde the mistake of playing on and went through my winnings first!

Another small win £4.19 on bingo but otherwise been a bit lean of late.£10 from mecca casino with my small casino system not really reccomended though, 50p yougov.

Love to get into matched betting so will pm you Asset.

I signed up for an account with the halifax last year for the £100 and reccomend it. I intend to my other account for winnings and matched betting and leave the other for all my outgoings. I have only my child benefit going into the betting account.

    Now to dip my toe....

Yes you do have to do just as you said. Best get the winnings to your bank before you accidentally gamble them away. I would withdraw, then use up the rest of the money you got free, If you win any more, you can then 'reverse' the withdrawals and deposits you made, and withdraw the whole lot, hopefully the new winnings mean you actually have to depost LESS in order to withdraw! (Well, I know what I mean!)
