Take all the veg you have leftover at the bottom of the fridge before shopping day to use up, fry an onion and add veg, add tin of tomatoes and lentils if you havent enough veg, add anything, bacon etc whatever you have left...
put in an ovenproof dish, put a layer of lasagne sheets, add a cheese sauce, bake! its nice with baked beans ...

    Leftover crumble dumplings

Use up leftover crumble mix by mixing with a wee bit of the juice from stewed fruit for your crumble (apple juice, rhubarb), a little bit of milk enough that the mix forms a nice dough.
Make wee round flat things......like viscount biscuit size.
Put in a serving dish and put in the oven with your crumble for maybe 10 mins. Once baked, cover with a syrup made from heating sugar, water and some of the fruit juice.
    Serve.......absolutely gorgeous.

Oops! Of course! Put them in the oven while the crumble is baking for about 10 mins or less.

    Thanks :)

Might be worth editing your original post to include that.
