Hiya,
Im trying rubber chicken fo the 1st time today!
Ive read this whole post but can someone just confirm im on the right tracks to make chicken Stock!
*After removing the chicken i can break up slightly, add 1 1/2 pint water ,some garlic, few herbs, onion.
*Put it in the slow cooker overnight - low
*In the morning strain the stock to remove any bones
*When cooled(prob after work) remove the 'jelly' from the top. then add veg etc as normal for soup?
This can then be frozen?
Many THANKS!!!!

i made a lovely chicken, leek and potato soup last week.
Put a chopped leek and a couple of chopped potatoes in a pan with some melted butter, add chopped chicken and stock. Leave to cook for about 20 mins (until potatoes cooked). Season to taste0 -
