I fought the pile of clothes, and the pile won.....

I now have a HUGE pile of ironing to do.

Can not be bothered going into town to be honest, there is so much to do here because I have been so lazy. Plus I would buy something for the sake of buying something.

I have no inspiration for lunch. I want something but don't know what, may end up at the shop buying pot noodles or something. Should you worry that your eating less but it seems to be crap? I have a healthyish dinner but during the day it is all crap, like a packet of crisps for lunch, or a tin of sweetcorn or some digestive biscuits. And I'm honestly not eating that much I just don't feel like eating.... or cooking.... or well, anything really.
  • well thank you everyone.

I am off out with my mum for lunch today :D being a mystery shopper so i won't even have to pay for it :D:D

    Just hope that DD behaves.

Have managed to get a little bit done but find the upstairs rooms difficult when DD is awake as i have to try and do it in really short bursts. And normally i can't be bothered!!

Reorganiosed the living room (again) last night and I think, that it looks better. Well if I have to hoover under the furniture I may as well have a little move around :D

Oh forgot to mention Pigpen please be gentle with us. When you mix up the days will we know the day before?

Morning all. I've not even attempted to catch up yet so hope you are all well. Second load in washing machine, made myself do something before I came on here or I wouldn't have even started.

Pigpen, I don't mind day swaps apart from Wednesdays, I have to turn the mattress weekly for 6 months now we have a new one, so sticking with that routine. Actually no, I just like routine full stop I think.

DP working on the car, haven't had to help much so far thankfully apart from the endless coffee supplying. Nice and bright here but still very cold, so drying clothes in the conservatory instead of on the line.

Problem - kitchens a tip again, so need to tidy that up, I'm such a terribly messy person especially when cooking :o Bills need paying, emails need digging through, club paperwork to dom banking to sort out then back to the bedroom, think I will try and get another box unpacked in there....might make an attempt to sort through some of the clean laundry too, I've now ran out of baskets to dump it in :o G&G I am with you, the start date is the 2nd, I ain't opening them packs until then because I have so much to do so I can start on it!
One day I might be more organised...........

Mumofjusttwo - I'm glad my singing made you smile - it usually does make people smile!!! That Robbie Williams song always sets me off because it was played on the radio when my DS had his first operation from now on when I hear it i'll a wimberway along to it! Enjoy your lunch xx
Gunsandbanjos - I hope you're not suggesting that i'm the hippo on you tube!!! That really made me giggle!

I've done nothing on my list today but i've been running round like an idiot. Done a small Tesco shop to get stuff for DHs birthday and to make a cake. Phoned a million - yes a million - places to get car radio fitted for him. Found somewhere local so had to drop the car off their and walk back. Need to pick it up later and then drop it off at garage for MOT / service.

I'm off for a pedicure and body massage now (yipeeeee) - it's my turn with the lady I swap with. Need to quickly shave my legs first.

Speak later....oooh Martin's on telly later xx

Right back from collecting DD2 from nursery so chance for an update. Today I have:-

Made pack lunches for us all (scoffing mine now - fab idea will continue to do so)
    Usual morning school run stuff
Straightened my hair (been lazy and not done if for a few weeks)
    S & S kitchen
1 load washing done and pegged out (does anyone else think it takes ages to peg it?)
    Hoovered through
Cleaned lounge window inside and washed net
Cleaned bronze ornaments with paintbrush (dust traps)
HHE:j (my bum muscles feel firmer already:rotfl: )
    Phoned for job application pack
    S&S bathroom
    Stripped our bed
Sorted bag of stuff for charity shop
    Cleaned inside kitchen window

    So need to:-

    Prep veggies for tonights roast:drool:
    Finish our bed
Bring washing in and iron:( (HHI session tonight)
    Do tummy exercises
Phone to make appointment to have my eyebrows shaped ( - never had it done before)

So far today I have porridge for breakfast, tuna and sweetcorn roll with carrot sticks for lunch and couple cups of tea but only 1 glass of water. Little fallen asleep on way back from nursery again, she is still not firing on all cylinders, but that may have something to do with being up at 5.30 (although her sister beat her at 5am:mad: ).

Fighting the urge to scoff another roll so will have another glass of water;)
