Well I'm so very pleased I made such an impact on your all.. demanding you clean you ovens.. wise and pigpen in the same sentence I do find a wee bit scary.. lol.. but appreciate the acknowledgement..

embb.. it is quite probable she will fall down the hole in the hallway!! lol.. I've nearly gone thorugh a few times!!! actually while hubby is skiving off today I may well make him screw them down.. and change some light bulbs!

GnB.. stroganoff will be perfect.. can we all come?

I have hubby skiving off today (I already said that!) so I doubt I'll get much done.. esp. as my mother is onher way round too.. and shock of shocks.. my ancient DM's are up to £10.50 on ebay.. I started them at £1.50 for a jolly good reason!!!.. ho hum!!!

Cuppa.. hang out laundry.. reload TD's.. strip boys beds.. and fine the front room.. before anything else..

kazmeister - your post about OH cooking and leaving the dishes to 'soak' made me laugh uncontrollably!!! My OH does this! It's funny how we don't need to 'soak' them everytime.....!

Sorry, I promise not to moan about men again today. I do love mine, really...!

Thank you so much for this. Not only did you make me smile you also made me laugh. My 10 year old sister (my sister's daughter) likes to sing that songs. Although it has been over a year it is still difficult. I think the problem is the first year you know it will be hard but after that some people (not on this thread) tend to expect you to have dealt with losing a love one but unfortunately that doesn't happen.

Anyway enough of mybbeing miserable.......wimberway a wimberway a wimberway:D thank you so much.

Thanks pigpen, yes you probably can all come for stroganoff! Its a fairly large bit of meat:rolleyes: We cooked the other half at xmas, but it wasnt great. Hubby and i like our roast beef rare so i thought something slower cooking might be better.

Morning everyone, thank you all for all the get well wishes DD has seen them all but is a bit confused on why i'm called vanilla.:rotfl:
She is loads better today and is back to complaining about not being able to go to school.

Torianut DD had glue ear so they decided to put vents in as she already wears hearing aids and was lossing alot of her hearing, she was doing a lot of lip reading. That was 3 months ago but when she went in yesterday they said the glue ear was gone so didn't bother putting vents in but just widened the ear canal abit.

JillD she got the 20p back in a tube:rotfl: so it's now up on a very high shelf, i still have the penny she swallowed aswell. My youngest is the same stands with the nappy saying change me, he knows when he has to go but once the nappy is off he just won't go to the potty or toilet.

Right the wm, td are on, fire is lit and DD is drawing so that's her happy. Right better get something done before playgroup run, :coffee: first, kettles boiled help yourselves.

Phew!!! have been busy busy busy trying to get stuff done before my HHE at 10.30am (you ready pigpen?? anyone else??) So just to warn you if you feel earth tremors its nothing to worry about just me doing my salsacise dvd:j .

JillD & Pigpen - yes I have to read every thread too, I am compulsive. Trouble is I forget half of what I have read by the time I respond - think I will have to take notes;) .
