Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

    Morning All.

Well DH is off again today so we will see how much cleaning I can get done around him. Lucky it isn't the bedroom today as he is still asleep. Lucky him. Actually DD went to bed at 7pm last night and woke up at 7.20 this morning. I have to admit I did go in n check on her as she normally was up at about 6.30 but she was snoring so all was well.

The living room looks carp but i think that is mainly as there are toys in the way, as usual. Well I tidy up under the settees last week so this week I am going to clean up the toys under the cabinets. Need to put some wipes in the under the stairs cupboard so can do two jobs in one hit as the cabinet is in front of the under the stir door. Need to get DH to move cabinets around a bit (last time I did it I broke it )

Oh well I have about 20 minutes before I need to go out so really should stop gassing on here and get moving.

    See you all later.

Tuesday - Lovely Living Rooms and Safe Stairs

Vacuum floors in these areas, even if around clutter
[STRIKE]Clear anything from the stairs! Safe stairs are a must[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
Move clutter so you can vacuum under it
Vacuum and wipe (if needed) sofas
Dust any areas below eye level
    Level Three
Dust anything above eye level (if safe to do so)

[STRIKE]Wipe the bits next to the steps on the stairs, yours might be skirting board, edging of some sort, grab a cloth and give it a wipe[/STRIKE]
Extra Mission Tasks - as usual if you fancy tackling something else you could try one or more of these
Check where important documents like passports, birth certificates, driving licences, medical cards are and make a note of where they are and if any need replacing, changing etc (yes I know it's repeated but lots of members were not about when it was done)
Spend 15 minutes sorting paperwork, dealing with anything urgent NOW
Wipe down window frames in these rooms (inside) clean any marks from window

    Hiya
Just popped on quickly to see what I had left to do. Does anyone know how I get wee out of shoes? Realised late last night that his shoes were full of wee too. I've febreezed them, i've used the enzyme stuff we used to use for the incontinent cat (the smell of that bought back some memories), and i've even washed them in washing up liquid and they stink. I think he was about due for some new ones so it's not the end of the world if I have to buy new ones but just wondered if anyone else had any ideas.

Sad news, friend of my parents has just found out she has breat cancer. Puts life in perspective yet again. I don't know her well but you can't help but feel for the grace of luck it's not me. Positive thoughts her way.

    Morning

Off to work @ 9.30 and I'll be there till 4pm  I'll be knackered lol, did the living room last night as I know I'll be zapped of all energy when I get in, so that's done, did my evening routine again too, it's fab! Opened all the windows but will shut them when I go up to get ready for work, made the beds, and there's bleach in the kitchen sink. I'm getting organised! :T

Sad news about your parents friend Mudbath

Mudbath - Sorry to hear about your parents friend.

Morning everyone. Someone else was saying how annoying OH is being this morning and I second that. He woke me up at 6:30 to ask me what I had done with his cashpoint card as it was on the side and I must have cleaned it up. So, after he's left for work, I've put my idiot thinking cap on (to think like him, obviously) and noticed the 3 pairs of jeans, which I know are clean, on the spare bedroom floor. I checked the pockets and sure enough, the card was in one of the pair of jeans that he tried on Sunday, but decided not to wear and threw on the floor. So, I've phoned him and asked if he tried on all these pairs of jeans on Sunday and he said no. Now, we all know that isn't possible. I certainly didn't try on his jeans, drape them all over the floor and put his card in the pocket, in the process. He's lucky I've had a text apologising.

    Rant over.

Hope everyone has a good day! Just going to print my list off for flying tonight and then I better get on with some work..!

Ashbart, my hubby is the same, seems to think I'm some sort of walking, remembering filofax for his sole use.... actually my Dad thinks that too. Hubby will no longer even try looking for things, he will just ask me. Even if he sat it down somewhere, I somehow know where it is.... It's strange because I usually do know where it is, or if it's lost I will find it pretty quick. Years of practice I guess.

It's a pity that all that brain space is getting used to log where everything is though, I could be doing something with it, like reverse parking.

*I am taking it easy* :rotfl:

    :coffee: magazine, bliss.... :T

Oh and you will never guess who I dreamt of last night.... :A

Morning all. Done zilch so far. Off to the dentist for a check up now and then need to pop to Big Boots and Little Mr T as Dentist is in another town. Collect parcel for DS2 on the way home and then school to invigilate. What with swimming lessons tonight it is not looking like a day for much flying.
